    1. The total machine adopt PLC controlling system

    2. Whole machine frame and important part are being aging treatment, tempering eliminate the stress of metallic; all of them come from high precision processing center, CNC grinding machining process. All the rollers are high quality steel, high precision Computer dynamic balancing correction of hard chromium plating, surface grinding.

    3. The transmission gear adopt 40 CrMnTi high quality alloy steel which is grinded and after the heat treatment ,it can up to six precision, Its surface with rockwell hardness HRC58-62, make color more accuracy.

    4. Units separate is electrical controlled and pneumatic locking, pneumatic total lock, to ensure the stability of the unit, and continue ring for caution when machine be separated, to ensure the safety of operating person.

    5.  Every unit of machine with emergency stop switch, so the machine can be stopped between the unit, it can ensure the workers safe (remark: every unit moving is drag by feeder unit)

    6. All the machine electric parts application keyless connecting ring, eliminating the gap generated by the traditional connection, keep the long-term precision of printing chromatic.

    7. The machine lubrication system uses a spray automatic lubrication, and with the device impermeable to oil spills institutions.

    A feeding unit

    1) The control panel is controlled by two system, one is controlled by buttons and other is controlled by touch screen

    2) Production capacity can be set by infrared photoelectric counter in advance, which will show the production number.
    3) The distance between left and right baffle is controlled by electrical, show by ruler. The front baffle gap is adjusted by manually ,behind baffle gas by electrical.

    4) Paper feeding and ink feeding work together in order, it will reduce the waste paper quantity.
    5) Feeding by four rollers transmission adsorbing with 15KW wind motor, which make sure the paper pass smoothly.

    6) The dust removing device is available.

    7)Main motor is frequency converting control, which ensures the machine starting/running in smooth condition. Energy saving 30%.

    8)Total lock function for whole machine ,it can avoid machine damage by mis-operation.

    9)Feeding roller adopt double rollers structure, upper roller is wrapped with elastic rubber, which does not broke the strength of corrugated board, more longer service life.

    10) Upper roller diameter of behind feeding device is ф150 mm, upper roller diameter of front feeding device is ф190 mm, thick-walled seamless steel pipe, wrapped in plastic wear phase, that is to maintain flexibility and ensure that the surface wear and reduce the squash into the board.

     12)lower roller diameter of  front and behind feeding device is ф190 mm, quenched and tempered seamless steel grinding the surface of hard chromium plated embossed and treatment.

    B Printing unit


     1, the printing roller
    1) The diameter of printing roller is ф708 mm (including plate thickness will be ф720mm)
    2) Printing roller is made in high quality thick-walled seamless steel roll, surface conditioning, grinding, hard chromium plating.  balance correction, smooth operation.
    3) hanging tube axis, side lock, so hanging on the bit accurate, convenient and fast.
    4) full-groove peg board for hanging bar 10mm.

    2,  the embossing roller
    1) embossing roller diameter ф190mm.
    2) thick-walled seamless steel pipe, surface grinding, hard chromium plating.
    3) balance correction, smooth operation.
    4) Gas adjustment between rollers adopt self-locking gear box control,show in dial ranged from 0 to 12mm

    3, ink roller
    1) roller diameter ф240 mm (line number 200 Line -280 lines).
    2) thick-walled seamless steel surface after grinding the surface of ground, pressed textured, hard chrome plating.
    3) the same network, even on the ink, printing plates and rubber roller to extend service life.

    4, ink distributing rollers
    1) diameter ф215 mm.
    2) High quality seamless steel pipe wrapped durable, corrosion resistant, wear-resistant rubber.

    4) rubber roller gap adjustment lock structure by hand, adjust the range of 0-12mm.

    5, Phase adjustment

    C slotting unit

    2)The upper knife,lower knife, pre-creaser and creaser are synchronously moved. The precision liner slideway can ensure the flexible and stable of moving.

    3)The up creaser wheel is covered by rubber anvil to protect the corrugated board from damage.

    4)Flexible corner cutting knife can cut 3,5 and 7 layer corrugated board without adjustment.Easy to operate.

    5)The cutting knife is made of high quality alloy steel, knife thickness 7mm.

    6)Hand hole punching device is optional.

    7)upper slotting knife diameter is 240 mm,lower slotting knife diameter is 190 mm,both of them is adopted dynamic balance technical.

    8)creasing roller diameter is 110 mm with dynamic balance technical.

    D Die cutting unit


    1, the die cutter roller (the roller)

    3, Phase adjustment
    1) The planetary gear-type structure, with the printing department.

    3) use PLC ,screen control the lateral displacement , can adjust right and left 10mm.

    4) machine with the rubber roller amend device , can amend the roller, then the die cutter part can be used as new, it can amend 8 million to 10 million times, then it can save the cost much.

    5) knives die roller is come from casting steel, grinding surfaces

    6) rubber pad roller is from seamless steel pipe, grinding the face and hard chromium plating. It can be more stable when running, mechanical adjust 40mm move device. It can prolong the using life.

    7) die knives adjustment adopt self -lock device.

    8) rubber pad roller with Speed difference compensation device, can

         make sure after grinding the roller ,the speed is same speed with

         knives die roller, to make the size is same with before

    upper and lower rollers will separate when it stop working,it can reduce the wear of rubber roller.

    E stacking machine


    1) The paper can then manually adjust automatically.
    2) splicing speed and feed speed is synchronization, then the paper speed can    be adjusted independently
